Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Rotecsu, we make sure your GORILA order is processed quickly and arrives safely. Below you’ll find key details about our handling times, shipping options, freight process, tracking, and what to do if something unexpected happens.

Order Processing Times
• Most orders leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days.
• Orders received before 12:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) often ship the same day.
• Orders placed after noon on Friday, or during weekends and holidays, are processed the next business day.
• If any product is temporarily out of stock, you’ll be notified by email with updated delivery information.

Need Your Order Sooner?
You can select an expedited option at checkout (2nd Day or Next Day). Please note that expedited services reduce transit time but don’t automatically guarantee same-day processing. For urgent deadlines, let us know in the checkout comments or contact our support team.

Shipping Methods
Shipping options appear at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Common carriers include:
• UPS Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, Next Day Air
• UPS Worldwide Expedited
• USPS Priority Mail and Ground Advantage (for small parcels under 1 lb)
• LTL Freight (for heavy or oversized shipments)

Our system calculates accurate real-time rates for both parcel and freight deliveries.

Saturday Deliveries
Available in select areas for an additional fee. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping within the United States.
For international orders, please contact us directly at contact@rotecsu.com to coordinate shipping options and rates.

Freight Deliveries (LTL)
• Standard delivery requires a commercial address with a dock or forklift.
• Residential or liftgate deliveries are available upon request and may include additional fees.
• Always inspect freight upon arrival and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

For any specific delivery needs, let us know so we can coordinate directly with the carrier.

Tracking and Order Updates
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can also reply to your confirmation email for updates.

Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery dates are shown during checkout once you select a shipping method. Some factory or special-order items may take longer — contact us for lead-time details if needed.

Address Accuracy and Delays
Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate addresses. If a carrier applies redelivery or correction fees, those charges may be billed to the customer.
If your shipment appears delayed or missing, contact us immediately with your order number — we’ll help resolve it quickly.

Optional Shipment Protection
We offer optional Package Protection at checkout — a simple way to cover lost or damaged packages without waiting for carrier claims. This service is managed directly by Rotecsu, not a third party. You may remove it before checkout if you prefer.

Weather and Unforeseen Events
Extreme weather or external events may cause delays beyond our control. We’ll communicate updates as soon as possible.

Returns and Cancellations Policy
At Rotecsu.com, we are committed to providing high-quality GORILA products and excellent customer service. We understand that returns or cancellations may occasionally be necessary, and we aim to make the process simple and transparent.

Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth experience. If you have any questions, our team is ready to help at contact@rotecsu.com.

Returns
• Prior approval is required for all returns or exchanges.
• Fabricated, cut-to-length, or special-order items are non-returnable.
• Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Approved returns or exchanges may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%.
• Any issues or discrepancies with your order must be reported within five (5) days of receipt.
• For assistance, please contact us before placing your order if you have any questions about product eligibility or specifications.

Cancellations
• Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet entered production or been shipped.
• Cancellations must be requested as soon as possible by emailing contact@rotecsu.com.
• Orders already in fabrication or in transit cannot be canceled.
• Canceled orders may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25%, payable at the time of cancellation.

How to Initiate a Return
For online orders, please contact us directly at contact@rotecsu.com with your order number and product details. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for return authorization and shipping.

Please note that online purchases cannot be returned in person at any physical location.

Conditions of Sale

Price
All prices listed on Rotecsu.com are subject to change without prior notice. Prices accepted and confirmed in an official order by Rotecsu LLC (“Seller”) will remain firm for that transaction. Listed prices do not include sales tax, use tax, excise tax, customs duties, or any other governmental charges. Such taxes or duties are the sole responsibility of the Buyer unless an acceptable exemption certificate is provided.

Terms of Payment
Unless otherwise stated in writing, payment terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice. Late balances may incur a finance charge of 2% per month (or the maximum allowed by law). Buyer shall be responsible for all collection costs, including reasonable attorney fees. Returned or dishonored payments are subject to a $50 administrative fee.

Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by Rotecsu. The Seller reserves the right to reject any order at its discretion. These Conditions of Sale govern all transactions between Seller and Buyer, and no additional or conflicting terms proposed by the Buyer shall apply unless expressly accepted in writing by an authorized representative of Seller.

Order Modifications
Changes requested by Buyer after order confirmation may affect pricing and delivery schedules. Any modification must be agreed to in writing. Pricing adjustments will be made if materials, quantities, or specifications are altered at Buyer’s request.

Shipping Terms
All shipments are Ex Works Seller’s facility (EXW Incoterms). Title and risk of loss pass to the Buyer once the order is delivered to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates only. Seller is not responsible for delays caused by material shortages, transportation issues, or events beyond its control.

Claims
Any claim regarding invoice discrepancies must be made within seven (7) days of the invoice date. Shipping or product quantity errors must be reported within seven (7) days of receipt.

Returns
All returns require prior written authorization and must comply with the full Return Policy available at Rotecsu.com. Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%. Fabricated, cut-to-length, customized, or special-order products are non-returnable. Return requests should be sent to contact@rotecsu.com.

Cancellations
Cancellations are subject to the Cancellation Policy posted at Rotecsu.com. Orders cannot be canceled once production has started or once the product has shipped. Cancellations may incur a fee of up to 25% of the total order value. Requests must be made in writing to contact@rotecsu.com.

Materials and Finishes
Weights, dimensions, and technical data are approximate and subject to change without notice. Rotecsu reserves the right to substitute equivalent materials if availability issues arise. Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect product performance are not considered defects.

Warranty
As a distributor, Rotecsu passes on any transferable manufacturer warranties applicable to the product. No additional warranties are expressed or implied beyond those provided by the manufacturer. For GORILA-branded products manufactured or assembled by Rotecsu, warranty coverage is limited to compliance with approved specifications. Claims must be submitted in writing within 90 days of shipment. Remedies are limited to repair, replacement, or, at Seller’s discretion, a price adjustment not exceeding the product’s original purchase price.

Disclaimer of Warranties
Except as stated above, Rotecsu makes no other express or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Rotecsu be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits or business interruption, even if advised of such possibilities. Seller’s total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Default
If Buyer fails to make timely payments or if Seller, in its judgment, determines Buyer’s financial condition to be unsatisfactory, Seller may suspend or cancel orders and require advance payment before further shipments.

Assignment
Buyer may not assign any order or related rights without Seller’s prior written consent.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Conditions of Sale shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of Palm Beach County, Florida. Each party waives the right to a trial by jury. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply.

Waiver and Modifications
Any modification or waiver of these Conditions must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Rotecsu.

Force Majeure
Rotecsu shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond its control, including acts of God, government regulations, war, fire, flood, strikes, transportation issues, or material shortages. Delivery dates shall be extended by the period of such delay.

Intellectual Property and Patent Indemnity
For products made or customized to Buyer’s specifications, Buyer agrees to hold Rotecsu harmless from any claims of patent, design, or trademark infringement arising from those specifications.

Certifications and Documentation
All certificates, testing reports, and related documentation remain the property of Rotecsu unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Information and Confidentiality
Any ideas, suggestions, or information shared by Buyer with Seller shall not be deemed confidential unless expressly agreed to in writing by both parties.
