Returns and Cancellations Policy

At Rotecsu.com, we are committed to providing high-quality GORILA products and excellent customer service. We understand that returns or cancellations may occasionally be necessary, and we aim to make the process simple and transparent.

Returns
• Prior approval is required for all returns or exchanges.
• Fabricated, cut-to-length, or special-order items are non-returnable.
• Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Approved returns or exchanges may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%.
• Any issues or discrepancies with your order must be reported within five (5) days of receipt.
• For assistance, please contact us before placing your order if you have any questions about product eligibility or specifications.

Cancellations
• Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet entered production or been shipped.
• Cancellations must be requested as soon as possible by emailing contact@rotecsu.com.
• Orders already in fabrication or in transit cannot be canceled.
• Canceled orders may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25%, payable at the time of cancellation.

How to Initiate a Return
For online orders, please contact us directly at contact@rotecsu.com with your order number and product details. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for return authorization and shipping.

Please note that online purchases cannot be returned in person at any physical location.
